We all spend too much of our time on autopilot. This exercise reveals some of that and helps us to see what life might be like if we were a bit more mindful.
Before doing this exercise, get yourself a raisin or similarly-sized section of fruit. Find somewhere you won’t be disturbed, hit ‘play’ and follow the guidance. As best you can, give this your full attention.
