This is a walking meditation practice.
Walking meditation is a meditation. It’s not the same as mindfully walking or mindfully running (which are all good to do as well).
It’s a formal meditation practice, just like the Breathing practice. You’re noticing the sensations in your body as you walk and also noticing the dance of your attention. When your attention dances off, notice that and gently bring it back.
