An individual way to learn mindfulness - wherever you are.


These courses are taught one-to-one, by phone or Skype, with an individual instructor. They are based around a weekly 45 minute phone call in which you're skilfully guided through an eight week mindfulness programme. An initial free orientation session helps you decide whether learning remotely will work individually for you.


The distance learning course can begin at any date that is mutually convenient and at pre-arranged times. In addition, if you have any queries or difficulties in between sessions, email support is on hand and on the phone if necessary.


Home practice is an essential part of the course and we recommend you try to practice for 45 minutes each day that the course runs.


The distance learning course costs £675 plus VAT. This includes:


  • An initial phone session with your instructor to orientate you to the course
  • 8 x 45 minute weekly phone calls
  • Instructor support between sessions if needed
  • The course workbook
  • Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice
