Megan Reitz is a Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Ashridge Executive Education where she teachers on the doctoral programme and on a wide range of open and custom programmes.
Megan has presented her research to audiences throughout the world. She is the author of Dialogue in Organizations (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015) and co-author of Mind Time (Harper Thorsons 2017).
Her groundbreaking global research (with Michael Chaskalson) explores the impact of mindfulness training on key leadership capacities. She also studies how we silence ourselves and others in organisations, and how people can be encouraged to speak up and offer challenges and ideas.
Before joining Ashridge, Megan was a consultant with Deloitte; surfed the dot-com boom with boo.com; and worked in strategy consulting for The Kalchas Group, now the strategic arm of Computer Science Corporation. She was educated at Cambridge University and has a Ph.D from Cranfield School of Management.
