One of the most popular and effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness at work is through one of our Mindful Workplace Taster Sessions. These can vary in length from one-hour to a day-long workshop.
We deliver these sessions to small groups or to several hundred people at a time.
The Mindful Workplace Taster Sessions are accompanied by slides. They're also very interactive and experiential.
We introduce the idea of mindfulness and the science behind our knowledge of its effectiveness. We share practical mindfulness exercises and we leave participants with practices, supported by downloadable audio instruction, that they can do at home, at work and on their commute.
