One of the most popular and effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness at work is through our Mindful Workplace Taster Sessions. These usually vary in length from one-hour to a day-long workshop.
We deliver them to small groups or to several hundred people at a time.
The Mindful Workplace Taster Sessions are interactive and experiential. We describe what mindfulness is all about and we share information about the scientific research that tells us how effective it is. We teach practical mindfulness exercises and give particpants practices, supported by downloadable audio instruction, that they can do at home, at work and on their commute.
