Dr. Amy Bradley teaches, writes, researches, writes, consults and speaks on the topics of compassionate leadership and engagement at work. Her research has been published by Harvard Business Review, Forbes Magazine and Management Today and in the press, including BBC online and The Guardian.
In 2020, she was appointed to the Thinkers50 Radar of global management thinkers. Her book, The Human Moment, was longlisted for CMI’s Management Book of the year. In it, she argues that organisations must find ways of becoming more compassionate in an age where our work is increasingly de-humanised.
Amy loves open water swimming and trail running. For the past few years, she has been working as volunteer for Milton Keynes Winter Night Shelter, which is a community-based project to support people who are facing homelessness. She lives near Milton Keynes with her husband Colin, daughter, step-children and their chocolate Labrador, Alfie!
