As with Track 4, with this practice we simply allow our attention to rest with the sensations that come with each in-breath and each out-breath.
Naturally your attention will wander. Whenever you notice that, just gently and kindly return it to the breath. As 5 minutes isn’t long at all, you might make this practice ever so slightly more intentional.
