Here we broaden our focus, paying attention to the breath as well as whatever sensations are present in the body

This practice builds on the Breath meditation as well as the Body meditation. And it helps you to work your range attentional focus. Always remember to AIM and come away from striving or judging yourself. If they show up, just acknowledge them and leave them be.
